Hi there! My name is Chris Patchett, a.k.a. The Vegetable Chrisper. I grow vegetables, herbs and flowers using natural methods in the South Valley of Albuquerque, New Mexico. I also save a whole bunch of seeds.

The Vegetable Chrisper is a small but diverse farming operation producing an array of fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers. From kitchen standards to exotic heirlooms, this farm’s little market stand is a seasonally changing cornocopia of the Earth’s bounty. Proudly, no pesticides, synthetic chemicals or G.M.O.s are used (or needed whatsoever) in the growing process.

Having formerly grown with local operations such as Erda Gardens and Learning Center, Dragon Farm, and Rio Grande Community Farms, Chris Patchett, The Vegetable Chrisper himself, is now managing Eco-Step Farm, a lovely little acre in the near South Valley. The fruits (and veggies, herbs and flowers) of these labors will be available at the Saturday morning Downtown and the Thursday afternoon Nob Hill growers markets this season. Come scope it! 🙂

With much excitement, a variety of locally grown and harvested seeds will also be available for the 2019 growing season!

Stay tuned as more varieties become available.

Ready, Set, Grow!

With love
